Chelsea Leforte RMT

Meet Chelsea, she is the owner and sole RMT at Optimize Massage. Currently located in Deloraine, MB within the Simply Essentials Spa. Chelsea has a vast array of experience, ranging from working with chronic pain, competitive athletes, headaches, overuse injuries, postural imbalances, stress management, pregnancy, postpartum and much more. She views each person as unique, and aims to create treatment plans based on the individualā€™s assessment findings, impairments, and overall goals.

Graduated from Robertson College, Brandon in 2018 - 2300 Hours accredited - MTAM Member
